Here are some answers to the questions we receive the most about our services.

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you.

  • If clients cancel or reschedule their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, they will be charged 50% of the service rate or may lose their deposit.
  • To use our online booking system, clients must authorize our business to keep their credit card on file for future transactions.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by using the link provided in the confirmation email, or by calling our salon at 617-731-8300.

Please note that clients who do not show up for their appointment or cancel without notice will lose their ability to schedule appointments online or by phone.

  1. Locate the confirmation email that was sent to you when you booked your appointment.
  2. Click on the “Manage this appointment” button in the email.
  3. Make update and confirm.

Clients can use this unique feature to:

  • Reserve their appointment slot before our schedule opens.
  • Join the waiting list when the schedule is full.

Your deposit is used to secure your appointment slot and it is not a booking fee. 

  1. If the client comes on time and keeps their appointment, the deposit will be refunded back to the client or applied to the client’s service payment as her/his wish. 
  2. If the Client cancels/reschedules their appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, he/she will lose all deposit. 
  1. A client can buy a Gift card directly on our website. Make sure you enter the correct “Recipient” email address or you can choose the “Buy for yourself” option. A Barcode email will be sent to the “Recipient” that she/he can use to redeem your Gift card in-store.
  2. Visit our store to buy a physical gift card.
  3. In order to use E-gift card in store client must sign and accept E-gift card processing consent.

Customer is in control

Receipts are automatically sent to customer email address on file. No one can see your credit card number included us. Everything be controlled and secure by our Square’s merchant.

  1. Our online booking . Most of the services are available except  nail art. If any service you can’t find on the online booking page please call us at 6177318300 .
  2. Instagram, Facebook, Google. Click one Booking button on the app or browser and start to make your appointment.
  3. By phone at 6177318300 .
  4. A security deposit will require  for some special services. (usually over Venmo)

Please submit HERE. We will need you to provide us some short information:

  1. Your name, phone number, email.
  2. Choose main service and some add-on.
  3. Pictures of some of your ideas.
  4. Please write down your special request detail included date & time you would like to visit.

Our team will call you back shortly. We kindly request a small security deposit, which can be paid through Venmo or Zelle.

Please note that special services such as acrylic and nail art require additional information before we can estimate the completion time.

The length, shape, color, and number of designs requested may affect the scheduling time. Our team will check the availability of a technician who can handle your specific requests.

If we/technicians have another appointment after you and the services you want to add/change take longer than your services booked then we have to say sorry.

You must know we love to take care of you but have to skip to next time.
